Xudong (Andrew) Fan, PhD
Xudong (Andrew) Fan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering at SUNY at Buffalo (UB). Before joining UB, he was a postdoctoral research associate at Princeton University. Xudong received his PhD degree from Case Western Reserve University at 2022.
Linyue Luo
Linyue Luo is a PhD student in the Department of Civil, Structural, and Environmental Engineering at SUNY Buffalo (UB). She received her Master’s degree in Urban Design from Carnegie Mellon University in 2023 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
Yuyao Huang
Yuyao Huang is a PhD student in the Department of Civil, Structural, and Environmental Engineering at SUNY Buffalo (UB). He received his Master of Science in Environmental Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2025 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Water and Wastewater Engineering (traditionally referred to as Water Supply and Drainage Science and Engineering in China).
